Ministry Update During COVID-19
(Thursday, May 28, 2020, 2:30 PM)
The Government of The Bahamas has loosened restrictions allowing us to resume public worship (with conditions) on Sunday, June 7, at 10:30 AM. We encourage you to
become familiar with our phased reopening strategy. We can't all return at once (limit of
65 persons in sanctuary), and we shouldn't all return at this early stage of reopening. Those who identify themselves in the "vulnerable persons" category are
strongly encouraged to continue connecting with us through our online worship service. In addition to our own reopening protocol, we urge you to read what has
been released from the Office of the Prime Minister, as it relates to public worship. We are delighted to report that
the PM's protocols and our own are in synch with one another.

We anticipate being able to resume public worship, at the Kirk, at some point in the month of June. Until the government makes the official
announcement we won't know the exact details or the particular conditions for reopening. Accordingly, our reopening strategy is subject to change, as
compelled by government requirements and/or changes to our circumstances as it relates to COVID-19. Here is
our phased reopening strategy.
